Job Summary
  • As Science Outreach Program Instructor, you will travel to primarily to schools, but also daycare centers, and libraries, to lead students through engaging, age-appropriate, hands-on science programs. 
  • Outreach Programs run through early May. (Summer outreach programs begin mid-June and run through mid-August).  
Compensation and Benefits 
  • Pay range $18-$20/hour depending on experience
  • Hours vary, range from 6-20 hours/week

Responsibilities 
  • Teach 1 Hour Elementary Science Programs using our lesson plans.
  • Travel to schools, daycare centers, libraries, recreation centers and more

 Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working with GROUPS of children ages 5-11 is a must
  • A valid driver's license and reliable car 
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Teaching certification is not required, but a plus
  • Fun and outgoing personality!
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
