Job Summary
- As a Mad Scientist teaching in our After School Science Enrichment Programs, you will lead students through an inquiry-based discovery method involving instructor demonstrations, hands-on activities, and amazing take-home projects. We get kids excited about how science affects the world around us.
- Get paid $18/hour (typically total of 2 hours with set-up & breakdown)

Responsibilities
- Facilitating a one-hour after-school science enrichment program using a pre-set, easy-to-understand curriculum.
- Each session is high-energy. It’s part entertainment, part education, through a hands-on after-school class that meets for one hour each week for 5-8 weeks.
- Manage class of 12-25 elementary students
Qualifications
- Experience working with GROUPS of children ages 5-11 is a must
- Minimum of 1 year of college
- A valid driver's license and reliable car
- Available between 3:00-5:30 pm a minimum of 3 afternoons a week, one of which is Friday afternoons
- Comfortable submitting to a background check
- Fun and outgoing personality!
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
