Mad Science is currently looking for high-energy event science show performers who love working with groups of preschool to elementary age kids.
This is a great job if you enjoy performing in front of groups of people and working with kids! Event performer programs can be for groups of 20-150+ children, or birthday parties of 10-25 children.
Candidates must have experience working with groups of elementary school age kids, a fun outgoing personality, a dependable car, and enjoy performing.
Job Type: Part-time
After completing the paid training sessions, Performers earn: $30.00 to $50.00 per program (30-45 minutes) plus mileage
Schedule:
- Mostly weekdays over the summer; occasional evening or weekend assignments may be available
Education:
- 1+ year college
Experience:
- Working with children: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License and access to your own vehicle (Required)
Work Location: Training and regular kit pickup/drop-off is at our office. Show performances can be at schools, libraries, private business locations, community centers, park shelters. Birthday parties take place at partner community centers or customer locations.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
